Meet the Staff
Some brief information about our staff at Paul King's Easy Visa
Sawaddee Ka… My name is Lek. I'm the manager of the Company. I speak to all the new customers and answer all of their questions. It's my responsibility to introduce new customers to EASY VISA.
Quite naturally the lady is anxious and concerned and my job is to help them to relax, feel comfortable and understand the procedure. My phone is open 24 hr per day for any enquiries. |

Sawaddee Ka… My name is Kay. I am in charge of all US visas, and application forms for all other countries. My job is to collate all information from all parties and asses the application and complete the forms in a manner the embassies expect them to be prepared.
If you to make one innocent mistake on the application form the visa would be refused. My job is very important. |

Sawaddee Ka…My name is Gai. My job is to translate all necessary documents in preparation to submit the application to the embassy.
The translation must be accurate in the true sense, any discrepancies will result in a refusal. My work needs to be accurate to a 100% degree, anything less is not good enough.

Sawaddee Ka…My name is Aom. I've worked for EASY VISA for 5 years. My job is to take all the completed applications to various embassies each day. All of the major embassies know me and always assist me if I have questions to ask, or certain favours to request. They keep me updated on any new regulations or events that EASY VISA should know about.
I love my job and my friends in the office but I don't like getting up at 5-00am each day!!. |

Sawaddee Ka… My name is Rose. I've worked for EASY VISA for over 5 years. My job is to oversee all of the general office work and to assess which customers documents are next due to be prepared for submitting to the embassy.
Once the documents are ready I give them the final check and sign my approval. As we make visas for all countries I must be able to understand many languages. I also teach any new members of staff. |

Sawaddee Ka…My name is Bum. My job is to teach our customers what to do once at the embassy. The Embassy and it's surrounding are intimidating and if not trained properly the customer will be very nervous.
It's my responsibility to give them confidence and explain what will happen at the interview, basically to reassure them and to even run through a mock interview. |

Sawaddee Ka…My name is Nam. I have worked for Easy Visa since May 2007. I am a second translator, and as I can speak English very well I also attend to none Thai customers.
I am used to working in an office environment and therefore able to assist all around. |

MY NAME IS PAUL KING. I AM THE SENIOR IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT HERE AT 'EASY VISA' WITH OVER 25 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH IMMIGRATION LAW IN BOTH PRIVATE PRACTICE AND WITH VARIOUS EMBASSIES.

My responsibility is to ensure that the customer gets true value for their money. By adopting this serious approach to our ultimate aim we endeavor to secure the required visa in the shortest possible time with as little fuss, stress and concern to the customer as possible. The obvious consequence of this would only be beneficial to our company as our customer would only have pleasing remarks to make towards us. Throughout the history of our company we have adopted a very simple philosophy that is, to acknowledge that it's our customers who are our advertisements that will ultimately determine our success and indeed our future. 100% quality service to our customers ensures continued success for our company.
NOTE, PLEASE BEWARE. THERE ARE OTHER OFFICES AND EVEN TOUR SHOPS WHO ARE PASSING THEMSELVES OFF AS VISA / IMMIGRATION EXPERTS AND MAKING FALSE PROMISES TO GET YOUR FIANCÉE /GIRLFRIEND A VISA IN QUICK TIME. THEY CANNOT, AND THEY ARE LYING TO YOU. MOST OF THESE OFFICES OFTEN CALL ME FOR ADVICE ON HOW TO PREPARE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ECT. OF COURSE I FLATLY REFUSE AS I COULD NOT HAVE MY REPUTATION TAINTED BY HAVING DEALING WITH THEM. THERE IS ONLY ONE EASY VISA AND THAT'S MINE… 'PAUL KINGS EASY VISA LTD'.
Furthermore: Believe it or not, there are 'touts' who actually hang around the embassy waiting for people who exit there with visa refusal documents, they are like Hyena's waiting for the weak prey . These unsavory characters are despised by the British embassy as they will promise you a visa using an 'inside influence' and this is most definitely not the case and not acceptable by the embassy and it's staff. Ask yourself a question. Would you use a lawyer or an accountant who approached you in the street and tried to convince you how good he was and what services he can guarantee for a hefty fee. I already know your answer…NO YOU WOULD NOT. Simply beware.
